Where is the 2023 National Sales Meeting being held?
AIA's National Sales Meeting, Unite 2023 - Authentic Connections, is being held in Nashville, Tennessee at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. The address is 2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214.

By when do I need to register?
Event registration will close Tuesday, September 19 at 12:00 p.m. CT.
Book your room by Tuesday, September 5 to guarantee your room and take advantage of the special event rate.

When should I plan to arrive and leave?
AIA Unite 2023 - Authentic Connections will kick off on Tuesday, September 26 with our welcome reception at 6:00 p.m. and concludes with the final wrap-up session and lunch on Friday, September 29 at 1:00 p.m.. To take full advantage of all the events and networking opportunities, please plan your travel to attend the whole event.

Does the resort have a shuttle?
The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center does not offer shuttle service at this time. We recommend either renting a car from one of the many agencies found at the Nashville International Airport or taking advantage of Uber, Lyft, or taxi service to travel from the airport to the resort.

Is there parking available?
The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center has on-site parking for a daily fee of $35. They also offer valet for an additional $48 per day and have an electric car charging station.

What is the dress code?
We recommend business casual for the events scheduled during the day. For the evening events, business casual or your favorite personal style is welcome, and don't forget to plan your best denim and diamonds ensemble for the awards night events! We also recommend considering comfortable shoes for the resort as it is a large property.

Will accommodations be made for special dietary requirements or food allergies?
We will make every possible accommodation within reason for special dietary requirements and food allergies. However, we depend upon you to advise us of any special requirements prior to the event. You can provide us with this information by answering the questions regarding dietary requirements and food allergies when you register for AIA Unite 2023 - Authentic Connections.
