- Where is the 2022 National Sales Meeting being held?

The location of the 2022 AIA National Sales Meeting is the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel.

The address is 333 West College Avenue,  Appleton, WI, 54911.

To take advantage of AIA’s offer to cover room & taxes for 3 nights at the hotel, you must book your hotel reservations no later than 7/21/22.  You can use this link to register, or if you prefer you can call call 920-733-8000 between 8am - 4pm CST Monday - Friday.  You will be asked to provide a credit card to secure your reservation, as well as upon check-in. However, your card will only be charged for any incidentals you may incur during your stay, or for any additional nights beyond the 3 nights that AIA will cover.

- By when do I need to register?

Registration and your hotel reservation must be completed by 7/15/2022 in order to take advantage of AIA’s offer to cover room & taxes for 3 nights at the hotel.

- When do I need to arrive?

When planning your travel, please plan to attend by the evening of Monday, August 15 to ensure you are able to fully participate in the events that kick-off on Tuesday morning, August 16. Hotel check-in begins at 3 p.m. on Monday, August 15. The Social Event begins at 5 p.m. and will end at 10 p.m..

- What airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into Appleton International Airport (ATW) as it is the closest airport to the conference venue.  Alternative airports include Austin Straubel International (GRB) in Green Bay, WI; Dane County Regional (MSN) in Madison, WI; and General Mitchell International (MKE) in MIlwaukee, WI.

- What ground transportation is available?

The Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the Appleton International Airport.  If you would prefer to arrange your own transportation, the following rental car companies operate out of Appleton International Airport:  Alamo, Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, Budget and National Car Rental.  Uber and Lyft are also available.

- Is there parking available?

There are two parking ramps owned by the City of Appleton which are adjacent to the hotel and can be used for overnight parking. It is recommended to select the Red or Midtown Ramp as it is closest to the hotel’s front desk. 

 

Please note that parking is not free.  If you choose to park and leave your car in the garage until you are ready to depart, the cost is $5 per 24-hour period.  If you wish to have the flexibility of an unlimited re-entry pass, you can add parking to your room charge for $12 a day.

For your convenience, you may park in front of the hotel on College Avenue to unload prior to parking in the parking ramps.

- What is the dress code?

We recommend business casual for the events scheduled during the day.  For the evening events, business casual or your favorite personal style is welcome.  We do recommend considering comfortable footwear for Tuesday’s tour of the Legendary Lambeau Field, as well as Wednesday’s dine around, as some restaurants are within walking distance.

- Will accommodations be made for special dietary requirements or food allergies?

We will make every possible accommodation within reason for special dietary requirements and food allergies. However, we depend upon you to advise us of any special requirements prior to the event.  You can provide us with this information by answering the questions regarding dietary requirements and food allergies when you register for the 2022 Unite event.
